  • 1/2 lb (225 salad greens
  • 1/4 lb (100 deli meat or bacon or leftover meat chopped small
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 molive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 mlemon juice
  • Salt to taste


  • Prepare the salad greens by tossing them in the olive oil and lemon juice.
  • Add the deli meat in and toss.
  • Top with the drained sardines.
  • Sprinkle with salt to taste.
