- 1/4 lb (100 deli meat or bacon or leftover meat chopped small
- 2 Tablespoons (30 molive oil
- 2 Tablespoons (30 mlemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Prepare the salad greens by tossing them in the olive oil and lemon juice.
- Add the deli meat in and toss.
- Top with the drained sardines.
- Sprinkle with salt to taste.
