Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lard

Instructions
 

Form the Kebabs:

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, and salt.
  • Divide the mixture into eight equal portions.
  • Shape each portion into a sausage-like form around a skewer.

Cook the Kebabs:

  • Heat the lard in a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the kebabs for 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and browned.

Serve:

  • Transfer the kebabs to a serving plate and serve immediately.
