Ground Lamb Kebabs
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground lamb
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon lard
Instructions
Form the Kebabs:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, and salt.
- Divide the mixture into eight equal portions.
- Shape each portion into a sausage-like form around a skewer.
Cook the Kebabs:
- Heat the lard in a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the kebabs for 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and browned.
Serve:
- Transfer the kebabs to a serving plate and serve immediately.
