- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon lard

Divide the mixture into eight equal portions.
Shape each portion into a sausage-like form around a skewer.
Cook the Kebabs:
Heat the lard in a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the kebabs for 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and browned.
