Turkey Burger Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 English cucumber sliced
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 2 Roma tomatoes sliced
- ½ red onion sliced
- ¼ cup avocado oil mayonnaise
- 1 T tomato paste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill.
- In a bowl, combine the turkey, ½ teaspoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, and the olive oil. Form 4 burger patties.
- Grill the patties for 4 minutes per side, or until no longer pink.
- To assemble the burgers, place the cucumber slices on the lettuce leaves. Add the tomato and onion slices.
- Place the burgers on the vegetables.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, tomato paste, sea salt, and black pepper to taste. Top the burgers with the sauce.
