Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 English cucumber sliced
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 2 Roma tomatoes sliced
  • ½ red onion sliced
  • ¼ cup avocado oil mayonnaise
  • 1 T tomato paste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill.
  • In a bowl, combine the turkey, ½ teaspoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, and the olive oil. Form 4 burger patties.
  • Grill the patties for 4 minutes per side, or until no longer pink.
  • To assemble the burgers, place the cucumber slices on the lettuce leaves. Add the tomato and onion slices.
  • Place the burgers on the vegetables.
  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, tomato paste, sea salt, and black pepper to taste. Top the burgers with the sauce.
