Turkey Burger Wraps

- 1 lb ground turkey
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 English cucumber sliced
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 2 Roma tomatoes sliced
- ½ red onion sliced
- ¼ cup avocado oil mayonnaise
- 1 T tomato paste
Preheat the grill.
In a bowl, combine the turkey, ½ teaspoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, and the olive oil. Form 4 burger patties.
Grill the patties for 4 minutes per side, or until no longer pink.
To assemble the burgers, place the cucumber slices on the lettuce leaves. Add the tomato and onion slices.
Place the burgers on the vegetables.
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, tomato paste, sea salt, and black pepper to taste. Top the burgers with the sauce.
