Ingredients
  

  • ¼ t ground ginger
  • ½ t garlic powder
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8 oz turkey breast cubed
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 t grated fresh ginger
  • ½ t ground turmeric
  • ¼ t curry powder
  • cup cashews
  • ½ head broccoli cut into florets
  • 2 T sour cream

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine the ground ginger, garlic powder, ½ teaspoon sea salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper. Rub the turkey with the spice mixture.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the turkey and cook on all sides for 5 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove the turkey from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, combine the minced garlic, fresh ginger, turmeric, and curry powder. Sauté for 30 seconds, or until fragrant. Add the cashews and broccoli. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes, or until the broccoli is almost tender.
  • Return the turkey to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes, or until heated through. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Serve with the sour cream.
