In a small bowl, combine the ground ginger, garlic powder, ½ teaspoon sea salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper. Rub the turkey with the spice mixture.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the turkey and cook on all sides for 5 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove the turkey from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, combine the minced garlic, fresh ginger, turmeric, and curry powder. Sauté for 30 seconds, or until fragrant. Add the cashews and broccoli. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes, or until the broccoli is almost tender.
Return the turkey to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes, or until heated through. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve with the sour cream.
