Sweet Potato Crisps
Ingredients
- 3 large sweet potatoes thinly sliced
- 3 T avocado oil
- 1 T nutritional yeast
- ¼ t dried basil
- ⅛ t garlic powder
- ¼ t sea salt
- ½ cup sour cream for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, drizzle the sweet potato slices with the avocado oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients and toss again.
- Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking rack set on top of a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes. Serve immediately with the sour cream, if desired.
