Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300°F degrees.
In a mixing bowl, drizzle the sweet potato slices with the avocado oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients and toss again.
Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking rack set on top of a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes. Serve immediately with the sour cream, if desired.
