Ingredients
  

  • 3 large sweet potatoes thinly sliced
  • 3 T avocado oil
  • 1 T nutritional yeast
  • ¼ t dried basil
  • t garlic powder
  • ¼ t sea salt
  • ½ cup sour cream for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 300°F degrees.
  • In a mixing bowl, drizzle the sweet potato slices with the avocado oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients and toss again.
  • Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking rack set on top of a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes. Serve immediately with the sour cream, if desired.
