- 8 cups about 1.9 liters water

Instructions
- Roast Bones: Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Place marrow bones on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes.
- Simmer: Transfer bones to a pot, add water, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 hours.
- Season: Add salt and optional spices. Adjust to taste.
- Strain: Remove bones, strain the broth, and serve warm.
