Smoked Salmon Roll-Ups
Ingredients
- 8 ounces 225g smoked salmon slices
 - 4 ounces 115g cream cheese, softened
 
Instructions
Assemble the Roll-Ups:
- Lay a slice of smoked salmon flat on a clean surface.
 - Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the salmon slice.
 - Carefully roll the salmon slice to form a tight roll.
 - Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
 
Serve:
- Slice each roll into bite-sized pieces, if desired.
 - Arrange on a serving platter
 - Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
