Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets approximately 6 ounces each
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven:

  • Set the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Herb Butter:

  • In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, and salt.
  • Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Prepare the Salmon:

  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels to ensure the butter adheres properly.
  • Place the fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased aluminum foil.

Apply the Herb Butter:

  • Evenly spread the butter mixture over the top of each salmon fillet, ensuring a generous coating.

Bake:

  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.

Serve:

  • Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
  • Transfer to serving.
