- Preparing the Pork Belly: Pat the pork belly pieces dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture. Season the pork belly generously with salt and pepper on all sides. You can also add optional seasonings like garlic powder, onion powder, or paprika for extra flavor.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (392°F) for about 5 minutes
