Ingredients
- 1 lb 450 g duck meat, chopped
- 1 lb 450 g mixed duck organs (heart, liver), finely chopped
- 6 cups 1.4 liters duck or chicken broth
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Brown the Duck Meat: In a large pot, sear the duck meat and organs over medium heat until slightly browned.
- Simmer: Add the broth to the pot with the duck meat and organs. Bring to a simmer.
- Cook: Allow the stew to simmer for 1-2 hours, until the meat and organs are tender.
- Season: Salt the stew to taste.
- Serve: Dish out the stew into bowls, ensuring each serving includes both meat and organs.
