Ingredients
- ½ cup strongly brewed coffee
- 1½ cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 t erythritol sweetener
- 1 cup ice
- ¼ cup whipped cream
- 1 Keto chocolate cookie crumbled
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the coffee, almond milk, erythritol sweetener, and ice and process for 30 seconds, until smooth.
- Divide between 2 serving glasses. Top with whipped cream and cookie crumbles and serve immediately
