Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup strongly brewed coffee
  • cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 t erythritol sweetener
  • 1 cup ice
  • ¼ cup whipped cream
  • 1 Keto chocolate cookie crumbled

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the coffee, almond milk, erythritol sweetener, and ice and process for 30 seconds, until smooth.
  • Divide between 2 serving glasses. Top with whipped cream and cookie crumbles and serve immediately
