Keto Instant Duck Breasts with Herbs
Ingredients
- 1 cup duck fat
- spring onion finely chopped
- whole duck breasts 1/4 tsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1/4 tsp rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 tsp thyme chopped Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Press SAUTÉ button on your Instant Pot, add heat duck fat.
- Sauté the spring onion with a pinch of salt for 2 minutes
- Add duck breast, parsley, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper, and water; give a good stir.
- Lock lid into place and set on the MANUAL setting for 15 min- utes.
- After the pressure cooking time has finished use Natural Release.
- Serve hot.
