  • 1 cup duck fat
  • spring onion finely chopped
  • whole duck breasts 1/4 tsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp thyme chopped Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup water


  • Press SAUTÉ button on your Instant Pot, add heat duck fat.
  • Sauté the spring onion with a pinch of salt for 2 minutes
  • Add duck breast, parsley, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper, and water; give a good stir.
  • Lock lid into place and set on the MANUAL setting for 15 min- utes.
  • After the pressure cooking time has finished use Natural Release.
  • Serve hot.
