Keto Brussels Sprouts and Kohlrabi Mash (Instant Pot)
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup garlic-infused olive oil
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 4 celery stalk sliced
- 1 lb kohlrabi finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme
- 1 1/2 cups water
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and clean your vegetables Press SAUTÉ button on your Instant Pot and heat the olive oil.
- Place all ingredients in your Instant Pot and sauté, stirring occasionally, for about 3-4 minutes.
- Lock lid into place and set on the MANUAL setting for 3 minutes.
- When the timer beeps, press “Cancel” and carefully flip the Quick Release valve to let the pressure out.
- Taste and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer vegetables to the serving plate and serve.
