Keto Brussels Sprouts and Kohlrabi Mash (Instant Pot)

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup garlic-infused olive oil
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 4 celery stalk sliced
  • 1 lb kohlrabi finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and clean your vegetables Press SAUTÉ button on your Instant Pot and heat the olive oil.
  • Place all ingredients in your Instant Pot and sauté, stirring occasionally, for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Lock lid into place and set on the MANUAL setting for 3 minutes.
  • When the timer beeps, press “Cancel” and carefully flip the Quick Release valve to let the pressure out.
  • Taste and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer vegetables to the serving plate and serve.
