- 1/4 cup garlic-infused olive oil
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 4 celery stalk sliced
- 1 lb kohlrabi finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme
- 1 1/2 cups water
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Wash and clean your vegetables Press SAUTÉ button on your Instant Pot and heat the olive oil.
Place all ingredients in your Instant Pot and sauté, stirring occasionally, for about 3-4 minutes.
Lock lid into place and set on the MANUAL setting for 3 minutes.
When the timer beeps, press “Cancel” and carefully flip the Quick Release valve to let the pressure out.
Taste and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer vegetables to the serving plate and serve.
