Keto Zucchini Chips
Ingredients
- 5 cup of zucchini slice
- 2 tablespoon of white balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoon of coarse salt
Instructions
- Take a bowl and whisk in vinegar and oil, add zucchini and toss.
- Add coated zucchini to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper in even layer.
- Season with salt.
- Bake for 3 hours at 200 degrees F.
- Make sure to flip halfway through.
- Serve and enjoy!
