Ingredients
  

  • 5 cup of zucchini slice
  • 2 tablespoon of white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon of coarse salt

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl and whisk in vinegar and oil, add zucchini and toss.
  • Add coated zucchini to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper in even layer.
  • Season with salt.
  • Bake for 3 hours at 200 degrees F.
  • Make sure to flip halfway through.
  • Serve and enjoy!
