of white balsamic vinegar

of extra virgin olive oil

teaspoon
of coarse salt
Instructions
Take a bowl and whisk in vinegar and oil, add zucchini and toss.
Add coated zucchini to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper in even layer.
Season with salt.
Bake for 3 hours at 200 degrees F.
Make sure to flip halfway through.
Serve and enjoy!
