Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ cups salsa
  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small red onion finely diced
  • ½ bundle of cilantro slashed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 red peppers, diced
  • 1 onion, cut in semi-circles
  • 4 Tbsps butter
  • 2 Tbsps of blended dry flavoring
  • 1 Tsp ground cumin
  • ½ Tsp sweet paprika powder
  • ½ Tsp paprika flakes
  • 1 Tsp garlic salt
  • ½ Tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine salsa ingredients together and mix well. Set aside
  • Place the beef into the base of the pressure cooker add hot water. Add the red peppers, onion and butter. Add the salsa ingredients. Blend well in the instant pot. Add the dry spices.
  • Steam valve: Sealing.
  • Cook on: Manual/High for 60 minutes.
  • Release: Natural or Quick
  • Serve with your choice of garnish

Notes

Serve with a green plate of mixed greens and yogurt dressing.
