Keto Simple Choco Mousse
- 11/4 cup coconut oil 1/4 cup of heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder un- sweetened
- 3 Tbsp Stevia granulated
- 1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
- Shredded coconut
- In a mixing bowl beat the coconut oil and heavy cream with your electric mixer (HIGH); beat about 3 to 4 minutes or until soft and creamy.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix on LOW speed for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is thick.
- Serve in individual cups sprinkled with unsweetened shredded coco-nut.
