Keto Easy Shrimp and Asparagus Bake

  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 14 asparagus spears
  • 20 large shrimp shell removed & tail on


  • Pre-heat oven to 375 F
  • Smear ghee, coconut oil, and minced garlic into a paste. Microwave until melted.
  • Lay asparagus spears on a foil-lined rimmed pan and brush the spears with the melted ghee/garlic/oil mixture. Place pan on the middle rack of the pre-heated oven and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven.
  • Add prepared shrimp to the pan and drizzle the remainder of the ghee/ garlic/oil mixture. Return the pan to the oven and continue roasting for 5 more minutes or until the shrimp is done.
