Keto Easy Shrimp and Asparagus Bake
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 14 asparagus spears
- 20 large shrimp shell removed & tail on
- Pre-heat oven to 375 F
- Smear ghee, coconut oil, and minced garlic into a paste. Microwave until melted.
- Lay asparagus spears on a foil-lined rimmed pan and brush the spears with the melted ghee/garlic/oil mixture. Place pan on the middle rack of the pre-heated oven and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven.
- Add prepared shrimp to the pan and drizzle the remainder of the ghee/ garlic/oil mixture. Return the pan to the oven and continue roasting for 5 more minutes or until the shrimp is done.
