Keto Easy Shrimp and Asparagus Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 14 asparagus spears
  • ½ lb large shrimp shell removed, tail on
  • paprika to taste
  • dried or fresh parsley to taste
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 F
  • Smear ghee, coconut oil, and minced garlic into a paste. Microwave until melted.
  • Lay asparagus spears on a foil-lined rimmed pan and brush the spears with the melted ghee/garlic/oil mixture. Place pan on the middle rack of the pre-heated oven and bake for 6 minutes. Remove from the oven.
  • Add prepared shrimp to the pan and drizzle the remainder of the ghee/ garlic/oil mixture. Return the pan to the oven and continue roasting for 10 more minutes or until the shrimp is done.
