Keto Easy Shrimp and Asparagus Bake

- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves
- 14 asparagus spears
- ½ lb large shrimp shell removed, tail on
- paprika to taste
- dried or fresh parsley to taste
- ¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Pre-heat oven to 375 F
Smear ghee, coconut oil, and minced garlic into a paste. Microwave until melted.
Lay asparagus spears on a foil-lined rimmed pan and brush the spears with the melted ghee/garlic/oil mixture. Place pan on the middle rack of the pre-heated oven and bake for 6 minutes. Remove from the oven.
Add prepared shrimp to the pan and drizzle the remainder of the ghee/ garlic/oil mixture. Return the pan to the oven and continue roasting for 10 more minutes or until the shrimp is done.
