Ingredients: ¼ cup blackberries ¼ cup raspberries  ½ cup blueberries ½ cup strawberries ½ cup coconut water  2 tsp. chia seeds (these are great) 1 serving protein powder (this one is great) Directions: 1.) Combine all of the in a Vitamix 5200 Pro and blend until smooth.

Green Machine Smoothie

Ingredients: 1 heaping cup spinach 1 heaping cup kale 1 green apple (cored and seeded) ½ cup cucumber 1/2 avocado 3/4 cup ice ½ cup coconut water 2 Tbsp. protein powder (this is tasty one) Directions: 1.) Add ingredients to a Vitamix 5200 Pro and blend until smooth.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients: ½ cup organic, grass-fed milk 1 banana 1 cup frozen strawberries 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (this one) ½ cup ice, optional if fruit is not frozen 2 Tbsp. protein powder (try this one) Directions: 1.) Add ingredients to a Vitamix 5200 Pro and blend until smooth.

Blueberry Banana Smoothie
