Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach (coarsely chopped)
- 1 ripe bananas (fresh or frozen)
- ½ avocado (fresh diced)
- 2 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 scoop of grass fed collagen protein powder
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground cloves
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- 3 Tbsp Stevia granulated
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in your fast-speed blender.
- Run the blender until all ingredients are thoroughly blended and smooth.
- Serve.
