Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh spinach (coarsely chopped)
  • 1 ripe bananas (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ avocado (fresh diced)
  • 2 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 scoop of grass fed collagen protein powder
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground cloves
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 3 Tbsp Stevia granulated
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in your fast-speed blender.
  • Run the blender until all ingredients are thoroughly blended and smooth.
  • Serve.
