Keto Stamina Breakfast Smoothie
- 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- 1 cup coconut milk canned
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil melted
- 10 drops liquid stevia
- Melt the coconut oil: fill a bowl with hot water and then set your jar of coconut oil in the water until it melts
- Wash and clean the cucumber, spinach and avocado.
- Place all ingredients in your high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
