Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • 1 cup coconut milk canned
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 10 drops liquid stevia

Instructions
 

  • Melt the coconut oil: fill a bowl with hot water and then set your jar of coconut oil in the water until it melts
  • Wash and clean the cucumber, spinach and avocado.
  • Place all ingredients in your high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
