Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat coconut cream
- 1 fresh vanilla bean
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener
- ½ cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Add coconut cream, vanilla extract, monk fruit sweetener, and ice to a high powered blender.
- Scrape vanilla bean pod and add seeds to blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and serve.
