Keto Scrambled Eggs & Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 oz smoked salmon

Instructions
 

  • In a small mixing bowl, scrambled the eggs and cream with a fork.
  • Heat a small non-stick saute pan over medium-heat. Add the avocado oil and then the eggs.
  • Using a heatproof rubber spatula, move the eggs around constantly. Keep string the eggs until they are not runny any more but not brown, about one minute. Place them over plate immediately, do not let them sit in the pan.
  • Roll the salmon slices, and slices the avocado. Serve with the eggs.
