Ingredients
  

  • ½ head of cabbage sliced
  • ½ white onion sliced
  • 8 to 10 mushrooms sliced
  • lbs ground pork
  • ½ t minced fresh ginger
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 t sesame oil
  • ½ t garlic powder
  • ½ t sea salt
  • ½ t black pepper
  • 2 T chopped fresh cilantro
  • cups cooked cauliflower rice optional

Instructions
 

  • In the bowl of a slow cooker, place the cabbage, onion, and mushrooms.
  • Add the pork, ginger, water, sesame oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, and mix until combined.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours, or on HIGH for 2 hours.
  • Serve by itself or over the cauliflower rice.
