Egg Roll Bowl
Ingredients
- ½ head of cabbage sliced
- ½ white onion sliced
- 8 to 10 mushrooms sliced
- 1½ lbs ground pork
- ½ t minced fresh ginger
- ½ cup water
- 1 t sesame oil
- ½ t garlic powder
- ½ t sea salt
- ½ t black pepper
- 2 T chopped fresh cilantro
- 1½ cups cooked cauliflower rice optional
Instructions
- In the bowl of a slow cooker, place the cabbage, onion, and mushrooms.
- Add the pork, ginger, water, sesame oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, and mix until combined.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours, or on HIGH for 2 hours.
- Serve by itself or over the cauliflower rice.
