Instructions
In the bowl of a slow cooker, place the cabbage, onion, and mushrooms.
Add the pork, ginger, water, sesame oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, and mix until combined.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours, or on HIGH for 2 hours.
Serve by itself or over the cauliflower rice.
