Keto Lush Cranberry Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 2 cup of almond flour
- 2 teaspoon of baking soda
- ¼ cup of avocado oil
- 1 whole egg
- ¾ cup of almond milk
- ½ cup of Erythritol
- ½ cup of applesauce
- Zest of 1 orange
- 2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 2 cup of fresh cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
- Line the muffin tin with paper muffin cups and keep them on the side
- Add flour, baking soda and keep it on the side
- Take another bowl and whisk in remaining ingredients and add flour, mix well
- Pour batter into prepared muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes
- Once done, let it cool for 10 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
