Keto Instant Spicy Goat Curry Stew
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp lard
- 2 lbs goat meat boneless
- 2 green onions diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh ginger minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cardamom pods
- 1 Tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp chili paprika
- 1 Tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Press SAUTÉ button on your Instant Pot and heat the lard.
- Sauté the meat about two minutes; add the onions and garlic and sauté for 2 - 3 minutes. Season with the salt and pepper; add ginger, bay leaf, and spices. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the water and stir well.
- Press “Keep Warm/Cancel” button.
- Lock lid into place & set on the MEAT/STEW setting for 45 minutes.
- When the timer beeps, press “Cancel” and carefully flip the Quick Re-lease valve to let the pressure out.
- Taste and adjust seasonings.
- Serve hot.
