Keto Dry Summer Squash Chips
Ingredients
- 1 lb summer squash
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Clean and peel the summer squash; slice squash thinly.
- In a bowl, combine the oil, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves. Pour the oil mixture over the squash slices and toss to combine well.
- Dry squash in the dehydrator.
- Dehydrate at about 100 F overnight (12 hours or until crispy).
- Serve hot.
