Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb summer squash
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Clean and peel the summer squash; slice squash thinly.
  • In a bowl, combine the oil, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves. Pour the oil mixture over the squash slices and toss to combine well.
  • Dry squash in the dehydrator.
  • Dehydrate at about 100 F overnight (12 hours or until crispy).
  • Serve hot.
