Ingredients
  

  • cup sunflower seeds
  • cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup almonds halved
  • ¼ cup walnuts chopped
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ t orange zest
  • 2 T erythritol gold
  • ¼ t ground nutmeg
  • 2 T grass-fed butter melted
  • 1 T water
  • t sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a slow cooker, add all the ingredients and stir to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 hours or until the granola is golden and crunchy, stirring every 30 minutes.
  • Turn off the slow cooker and pour the granola onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread the granola out in a single layer.
  • Cool completely before serving.
