Trail Mix
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup sunflower seeds
- ⅓ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup almonds halved
- ¼ cup walnuts chopped
- ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ½ t orange zest
- 2 T erythritol gold
- ¼ t ground nutmeg
- 2 T grass-fed butter melted
- 1 T water
- ⅛ t sea salt
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a slow cooker, add all the ingredients and stir to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 hours or until the granola is golden and crunchy, stirring every 30 minutes.
- Turn off the slow cooker and pour the granola onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread the granola out in a single layer.
- Cool completely before serving.
