HIBISCUS TEA
Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
- Sweeten to taste with stevia or a small amount of honey
- Wedge of lime- optional
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add hibiscus flowers. Remove from heat, and let stand for 1 hour. Strain through a sieve to remove flowers. Sweeten to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Add a squeeze of lime-optional.
