Instructions
- Preheat a skillet or grill pan over high heat and add the beef tallow.
- Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the steak in the skillet or on the grill pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
- Remove from heat and let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
