Instructions
Preheat a skillet or grill pan over high heat and add the beef tallow.
Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the steak in the skillet or on the grill pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
Remove from heat and let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
