Ingredients
- 250 g 8.8 oz pork sausage
- 3 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil or butter for frying
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a small amount of cooking oil or butter.
- Add the pork sausage to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. In another skillet, add a small amount of cooking oil or butter and heat over medium heat.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook to your desired level of doneness.
- Serve the cooked pork sausage with the fried eggs on the side.
