  • 3 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a small amount of cooking oil or butter.
  • Add the pork sausage to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. In another skillet, add a small amount of cooking oil or butter and heat over medium heat.
  • Crack the eggs into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook to your desired level of doneness.
  • Serve the cooked pork sausage with the fried eggs on the side.
