Keto Buns
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 4 t olive oil
- ½ cup almond meal
- ¼ t salt
- 1 T dried oregano divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease and line 6 muffin cavities with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and olive oil.
- Sift the almond meal, salt, and ¾ tablespoon of dried oregano into the egg mixture. Whisk well.
- Divide the batter between the 6 muffin cavities, then sprinkle the rest of the oregano on top of the batter.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown on top.
- Let the buns cool completely before removing them from the muffin tin and slicing.
