Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease and line 6 muffin cavities with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and olive oil.
Sift the almond meal, salt, and ¾ tablespoon of dried oregano into the egg mixture. Whisk well.
Divide the batter between the 6 muffin cavities, then sprinkle the rest of the oregano on top of the batter.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown on top.
Let the buns cool completely before removing them from the muffin tin and slicing.
