Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 t olive oil
  • ½ cup almond meal
  • ¼ t salt
  • 1 T dried oregano divided

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease and line 6 muffin cavities with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, beat the eggs and olive oil.
  • Sift the almond meal, salt, and ¾ tablespoon of dried oregano into the egg mixture. Whisk well.
  • Divide the batter between the 6 muffin cavities, then sprinkle the rest of the oregano on top of the batter.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown on top.
  • Let the buns cool completely before removing them from the muffin tin and slicing.
