  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 t ginger, fresh, grated
  • ½ t turmeric
  • 1 medium lemon, juiced
  • 1 t honey, raw
  • 1 cup coconut milk, full fat
  • 1 cup ice, omit if using frozen fruit


  • Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink immediately.
