Ginger Turmeric Smoothie
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1 t ginger, fresh, grated
- ½ t turmeric
- 1 medium lemon, juiced
- 1 t honey, raw
- 1 cup coconut milk, full fat
- 1 cup ice, omit if using frozen fruit
- Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink immediately.
