  • 1 medium banana
  • ½ cup spinach, baby
  • ½ t thyme, fresh
  • 1 medium lime juiced
  • 2 cups blackberries, frozen
  • ½ cup coconut milk, full fat


  • Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adding a little bit of water to thin out if necessary. Serve immediately.
