Why Carnivore Meatballs?
The carnivore diet focuses on nutrient-dense animal foods, which can help reduce inflammation, improve energy levels, and even aid in weight loss. Tips for Carnivore Meatballs
-
Experiment with Fats: If you want a higher-fat meatball, consider adding bone marrow or suet to the mix. It gives the meatballs a deliciously creamy texture and a boost of healthy fats.
-
Play with Meat Ratios: Mixing different meats (beef, pork, lamb, veal) can change the flavor profile. Stick with fattier cuts for better results on the carnivore diet.
-
Make a Larger Batch: Carnivore meatballs freeze well, so double the recipe and store extras for an easy meal option throughout the week.
-
Go Organ-ic: Adding a bit of finely chopped liver or heart is a great way to increase the nutrient density without changing the flavor too much.
