Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb about 450g mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and fish pieces)
  • 1 lb about 450g diced chicken thighs
  • 1 tsp 5 ml sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp 1.25 ml saffron threads (optional, for flavor)

Instructions
 

  • In the slow cooker, combine the mixed seafood and diced chicken thighs.
  • Season the mixture with sea salt and, if desired, saffron threads for added flavor.
  • Mix the ingredients well to evenly distribute the seasonings.
  • Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on low for 6-7 hours, ensuring the chicken is fully cooked and the seafood is tender.
  • Once cooked, carefully stir the “paella” mixture to combine all the flavors.
  • Serve the carnivore “paella” hot and savor the delicious flavors of the sea and chicken.
