“Caramel” Protein Smoothie
- 1 large banana
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1½ cup almond milk
- 4 to 6 pitted dates, or 2 T date paste
- 1 T nut or seed butter, e.g., almond or tahini
- Optional: 1 t maca powder
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
