Ingredients
- 25 g 8 oz salmon fillet
- 2 lemon slices
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Top with lemon slices.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
