Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 50 g beef liver
- 1 table spoon of tallow ghee, or lard
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Begin by seasoning your beef liver or kidney with salt, pepper, and any additional spices you prefer.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, adding your chosen cooking fat.
- Cook the liver or kidney in the pan until it’s no longer pink in the middle.
- Once it’s thoroughly cooked, remove it from the pan and set it aside. Before proceeding, be sure to clean your pan.
- In a separate bowl, prepare your egg mixture.
- Whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, and any other spices you’d like to incorporate into your omelette.
- Next, it’s time to reheat your non-stick pan over medium heat.
